All reservations must be guaranteed by giving customer credit card details. If the reservation is cancelled/amended 3 days or more, prior to the arrival date, then no fee will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 days before check in date, we will charge you no-show fee, you will be charged one night room rate.
